As a condition of your use, buying, selling or viewing of ClimbEquip you agree that you will not:

ClimbEquip purely provides a platform to allow users to list items, search items, view items and communicate with other users
By using this platform:
- you agree that ClimbEquip can store and display the information/images that you supply within a listing whilst the listing is live, active and there after. ClimbEquip will never use or display any of your information/images, that are used to create a listing, for its own financial gain. However may use users images/media to promote users listings via social media
- you agree that you are following ClimbEquip’s Terms Of Use
- you agree that ClimbEquip can store and use your username and email address you supply, only to communicate with you and create and maintain your account, for as long as your account is active
- you agree that you will accept email notification from ClimbEquip. Email notifications will only be sent regarding your account, listings activity or other potential issues.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Users upload your media and images at your own discretion.
